Fraud Prevention Policy

The following is our practices to verify the legitimacy of our customer satisfaction claims.

  • Upon receiving returned items, we will match the customers claims to the device functionality.
  • Verified claims will be processed with a full refund, or an item replacement.
    This is at KnowRefurb.ca's discretion to determine.
  • If the returned item is in good condition, we will offer to return the item at the customers expense, or offer refund - minus the shipping fees.
  • If the item is in poor condition (e.g. damaged by the customer), we can offer to return the item at the customers expense, we provide a refund minus the damages. This is at KnowRefurb.ca's discretion.
    If the customer does not want to pay for the shipping, they will have 30 days to change their mind before we close the case and the retain the item.
